For labels & studios

Ghost production for record labels and studios: your production partner behind the scenes

For labels that build artists strategically, and for studios that want to take on more client work than they can handle themselves. You take care of clients, marketing and label work. I take care of the music. We can discuss your project in English.

How we work together

For labels

Build artists strategically

Are you developing an artist and looking for a producer who understands the bigger picture? We plan together, for example four releases a year in a clear direction. You handle marketing and label work, I deliver the tracks, from Techno and Afro House to Melodic.

For studios

Take on more client work

A client wants a song fully produced, maybe even an AI song idea, but the genre isn't yours? Pass the job on to me. I produce in the background, you get the stems for your own mastering and keep the client.

Coaching on your behalf

Ableton lessons under your name

You offer Ableton coaching but have no coach available right now? I teach your clients online, billed through you. (Coaching sessions are held in German.)

Genres

My focus is electronic club music. Labels often come to me with one genre, and then with the next.

Hypnotic & Peak Time Techno

Hypnotic loops, driving grooves and powerful drops for the main floor.

Hypertechno to Hardstyle

Fast, hard and melodic, with hooks that stick.

Melodic House & Techno

Atmosphere, harmonies and big breakdowns.

Afro House

Organic percussion, vocals and warm grooves.

Tech House

Groovy, funky and made for the club.

Funky House & Nu Disco

Bass lines, samples and disco feeling. As Bob Shepherd, my second home.

What you can rely on

100 % white label

Your clients never learn that I was involved. The track is released under your name or your artist's.

Confidentiality & customer protection

Your clients stay your clients. On request with an NDA and a customer protection agreement.

Clear agreements

Price, scope and delivery date are fixed in advance.

Release-ready masters

Mastered WAV files in the format your distributor needs, or stems for your own mastering.

Real-world examples

Real examples from my work, without names, because that is exactly the promise.

Studio

AI song ideas, fully produced

A mastering studio regularly gets requests from clients who want a song idea from an AI tool produced properly. The studio passes them on to me, I produce the track and send back the stems. The studio masters and delivers. The client has one contact and a finished song.

Label

From Techno jobs to all-round partner

A label came to me for Techno productions. Over time, requests for Afro House and other styles followed. Today I'm their partner for everything the label can't produce itself.

Coaching on behalf

Lessons for a studio's clients

A studio gets requests for Ableton coaching but has no capacity itself. I teach online, billed through the studio.

How it works

Step 1

Intro call

We get to know each other: your needs, your genres, your volume.

Step 2

Briefing & plan

Per track or as a release plan for an artist.

Step 3

Production

I produce and coordinate directly with you, not with the end client.

Step 4

Delivery

Stems or finished master, on the agreed date.

Experience you can hear, but not see

Most of my clients deliberately remain unnamed, as it should be with white label. One of them still wanted to say something.

800+tracks on Beatport, as Robin Hirte and Bob Shepherd
Since 1998in my own studio, from Techno to Afro House and Melodic

I've been working with Robin regularly for years, across all styles: Deep House, Tech House, Techno. I simply ask 'Can you do this too?', and there's always a track that hits the spot. I often send him material I've received, asking him to 'do it properly'. Reliable, fast and to the point. I'd happily work with him again.

FAQ for labels & studios

What does white label mean in music production?

I produce, and you release or deliver under your name or your artist's name. I don't appear anywhere.

Who owns the finished track?

You do. I work exclusively on a buyout basis: you pay once for the track and can do whatever you want with it. No royalties, no shares, no credits.

Will my clients or artists know you were involved?

No. I stay in the background and have no contact with your clients unless you want it. On request I sign an NDA with customer protection: I never approach your clients directly.

Which genres do you produce?

Electronic club music: Hypnotic and Peak Time Techno, Hypertechno to Hardstyle, Melodic House & Techno, Afro House, Tech House, Funky House and Nu Disco.

Can you produce AI song ideas?

Yes. More and more clients come with an idea from an AI tool. I turn it into a clean track with arrangement, sound design and mixdown.

What do I receive?

Release-ready masters as WAV, e.g. 44.1 or 48 kHz and 16 or 24 bit, exactly as your distributor requires. Studios with their own mastering get the stems.

How long does a production take?

It depends on the scope. We agree on the delivery date in advance, and I stick to it.

How are we billed?

Per track or as a package, for example for a release plan. We discuss the terms in the intro call, and you receive an invoice.

Do you work with labels and studios outside Germany?

Yes. Everything runs online, wherever you are.
