AI coaching for musicians, DJs and labels

You know AI could take work off your plate, but you never get past "ChatGPT, write me a caption"? I show you how I run my own music business with AI, and set it up with you for yours.

I'm Robin Hirte, producing since 1998, 800+ tracks on Beatport. Since autumn 2026 my reels, posts and videos run through an AI assistant I set up myself. What I teach is what I use every day.

For youWho AI coaching is for

  • Producers and DJs with no time for content

You want to make music, not post every day. We build you a workflow where you only record and approve.

  • Singers and live acts

Set lists, enquiries, copy, social media. Everything that piles up next to the stage.

  • Small record labels and managers

Release planning, metadata, promo copy, replies to demos. The work you can't hire a person for.

  • Producers who already started with Claude or ChatGPT and got stuck

The output gets worse, you stopped trusting it, you don't know what to check.

Not for you: if you want AI to make your music. Others do that. This is about everything around it.

StepsThree stages, you start where you are

Stage 1: Learn to run it.

Most people don't fail at AI, they fail at how they talk to it. You learn to give goals instead of commands, to ask instead of guess, to write down rules so the AI still knows them next time, and to define what it may do alone and what it must show you first. After the first session, the task we agreed on in the intro call runs on your machine, not a demo.

Stage 2: Build your workflow.

We take the task that costs you the most time and rebuild it with AI: captions in your voice, release copy, replies to enquiries, your posting plan, your studio file order. On your computer, with your accounts, so you run it yourself afterwards.

Stage 3: Automate and build your own tools.

Once the workflow is stable we connect it to your tools: scheduled posting, video cutting, reports, reminders. And where a tool is missing, you build it: a board for your jobs and dates, a script that sorts your files, even your own plugin. Where it gets technical (connectors, plugins, terminal) I explain it so you understand it, and set it up until it works.

All 1:1 on Zoom, screen shared. No agency, no subscription: I won't build you a workflow only I can operate. I show you how to optimise it for yourself and build it on your own.

RealThis is how it runs for me

This isn't a talk about AI. It's my daily routine, and you watch:

  • My reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts come from one talking-head video: subtitles, overlays, cover frame and outro are done by the assistant, I record and approve.

  • Scheduling on every channel, checking that everything went live, and a morning and evening report run automatically.

  • Comments and messages from all channels land in one overview with suggested replies.

  • My studio board, where every job, enquiry, appointment and my daily plan live, was built by the assistant, and it enters new items there itself.

  • I built two audio plugins of my own (mastering, reverb removal) with AI, without knowing how to code before.

  • I maintain this website with the same assistant.

What I don't promise: ten times more productive, everything automatic in three days. Setting it up takes time, and you'll make mistakes at first. I've already made mine.

PriceWhat AI coaching costs

AI Start: 3 hours for €300 incl. German VAT.

We set up your system, you learn to run it, and by the end the task we agreed on beforehand is running on your machine. After that you can carry on alone or book more hours.

After that, if you want, billed by actual duration:

€100 per hour incl. VAT: coaching.

You work on your computer, I guide you and explain why.

€150 per hour incl. VAT: setup.

I build the automation on your machine, you watch and ask.

What you need: a computer (Mac or Windows), Zoom and a paid plan from Claude or ChatGPT, from roughly 20 euros a month. I clearly recommend Claude Code, which is included in Claude's paid plan. If you haven't booked anything yet, please wait until we've talked. If you're already paying for ChatGPT, we'll look together at how it works with that.

In the free intro call (30 min.) you tell me what eats most of your time, and I tell you honestly whether AI solves it.

FAQFrequently asked questions about AI coaching

What needs to be ready before our first session?

Not much: a computer (Mac or Windows) and Zoom. If you don't have a subscription yet, wait until we've talked. After that I'll tell you what to book and what you can already install. We set up everything else together.

What exactly is set up after the three hours?

Your assistant with your accounts, your first written rules and the one task we agreed on in the intro call. If that task is too big for three hours, I'll tell you in the call and we'll split it up.

What are the ongoing costs?

You pay me nothing on an ongoing basis. You need a paid plan from Claude or ChatGPT, from roughly 20 euros a month. If you connect other services, such as a scheduling tool, their prices come on top. We look at that before you sign up for anything.

What happens if a connection stops working later?

That happens, because providers change their services. Just message me on WhatsApp and I'll tell you what to do. So a bit of support is included. If it really won't work after that, you book another hour.

What happens in the first ten minutes?

That depends on what you already have, so that's exactly where we start: which accounts and programs do you use? If your AI assistant isn't running yet, we set it up first. Then we take the task from the intro call and connect what it needs, for example your social media channels.

Can we continue with my existing chats and half-finished workflows?

Yes. We look at what you already have. What works stays. Rules that so far only live in old chats get written into their own files so they don't get lost.

What if I need technical help?

Then we set it up together, with your screen shared, and I explain it so you understand it. If you'd rather leave it to me, I build it on your computer while you watch (€150 per hour incl. VAT).

How do I use AI to promote my music without sounding like a robot?

By making the AI learn your voice, not the other way round. We feed it your own copy, define what it must never write, and you approve every post until you trust it. What gets automated is the scheduling, not your voice.

Which AI tools actually help with music marketing?

Fewer than the ads say. A good assistant (ChatGPT or Claude) plus a scheduling tool cover most of it. Specialised tools that run ads or pitch playlists we look at when you need them. I don't sell tools.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You need to say clearly what you want. Everything technical (connectors, plugins, terminal) I set up with you and explain in your words.

I started with Claude or ChatGPT and I'm stuck. Will coaching help?

That's exactly what it's for. The usual spots: answers get worse in long chats, you don't know what to check, or the AI does something you didn't want. There are rules for that, and you learn them in the first session.

Can an AI agent handle my social posts or booking enquiries?

Prepare them, yes. Decide, no. In my setup the assistant writes captions, schedules posts and sorts enquiries. Approving, replying and confirming is me. That's how we set it up for you.

How do I connect Claude to Ableton Live, and what is it good for?

Through a connection (MCP) Claude can create tracks and clips in your project, for example lay stems onto the grid. I show you the setup in AI coaching. As soon as it's about your track itself (arrangement, mix, sounds), that's Ableton coaching, which I only offer in German.

Is this a person or an app? Are you a working producer?

A person. I've produced since 1998, with ghost productions for other artists and my own labels, and I run this AI setup for my own channels every day. No app, no course videos.

I run a small record label. What can AI do for me?

Release plans, metadata, promo copy in your style, replies to demos, overviews of enquiries. Everything that currently depends on one person who has no time. We start with one task, not with "everything".

What happens to my unreleased tracks and client data?

Your audio stays on your computer, the assistant doesn't need it. For text and data we define which services may see them and switch off training on your data at the AI providers where possible. I show you where those switches are.

Will AI replace musicians and producers?

For the paperwork, yes, and good riddance. For the music: not in my studio. I use AI so there's more time for music, not less.

Is AI coaching available in English? And Ableton coaching?

AI coaching: in German or English. Ableton Live coaching: German only.

Can I book a single session?

Yes. The AI Start (3 hours) is the single session. What comes after is up to you.

Will you help with my website so ChatGPT recommends me?

Yes, but without a promise. Nobody can guarantee that an AI will name you. What I can show you: how to write your site so an assistant can actually find and quote your answer, question by question, in your customers' words. It worked for me: my first enquiry via ChatGPT came in October 2026. Whether it works for you we'll see after a few months, not a few days.
